  • Manage activities of corresponding organizational units in terms of professional management / allocation of projects.
  • Make sure that your team members are trained adequately and comply with the internal rules and required methodologies supplies.
  • Responsibility and preparation for implementing the strategy of developing technologies for selected clients.
  • Working with management to achieve business results, manage activities in the area of your responsibilities and allowing the use of company potential in area of DWH, BI and reporting.
  • Develop and manage Human resources and their competence within the respective organizational units and in line with the market needs.
  • Ensure high quality performance of organizational units in the delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain communication and working relationships with customers in key business transactions as well as project delivery.
  • Act as a sales representative and speaker of MAIND, s.r.o.
  • Making sure that all employees in direct contact with the customers take place in accordance with the rules of society and business ethics.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management

Required education

  • University education (Master’s degree) - preferably in IT
  • Certification in project management

  • General support team to achieve the planned volume of orders and managing relationships with clients.
  • Ensure that all applied procedures will be in place for all qualified and authorized business offers before they are sent; act as an approver within the limits of your authority.
  • Manage range of market-specific offers corresponding to the strategy of your business unit.
  • Manage and support the supply team on the individual projects, work with customers to achieve the planned project profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide input into the process of planning and budgeting to ensure the estimates bids.
  • Ensure continuous control process on project in accordance with internal company procedures and also control the major project milestones pertaining to your operating unit. In case of any problems of delivery, ensure immediate corrective actions.
  • Actively participate in the preparation of periodic reports.
  • Provide regular project status evaluation.
  • Monitor all projects from the commercial risks view.
  • Limits unscheduled depreciation.
  • Develop and maintain communication and working relationships with your customers in key business transactions as well as in project delivery.
  • Assess and monitor the performance of the employees organizational units to comply with the internal rules of your responsibility. Propose suitable evaluation and corrective actions.
  • Implement Manager accountability of your team members (including career development, assessment, salaries review, regular feedback on performance and also management of underperformance).
